List Enhancements
Lists play a crucial role in many users' daily tasks. As users go through their work, they require effective methods to access the necessary information and to customize their work using this data. By providing the proper filtering, personalization, and configuration tools, the new listing experience in Sage Intacct makes your team more efficient and effective.
The new Sage lists provide essential features like powerful filtering, including smart column filters and advanced filtering, making it easy to find the correct information quickly. The new lists also improve workflows, streamline task management, and provide worklists using split views so users can easily speed through their tasks. Users can customize existing views, save custom views, personalize columns, sort, and more.
Tablespoon's beta customers have told us that the new lists can support basic reporting needs, reducing the need to create and generate reports to support daily activities.
With the Sage Intacct 2024 R2 release, these new capabilities will be available for over 50 lists. Just click to turn on the list's beta interface!
Bank Matching Sequence Report
Check out the latest report available in the custom report library! This new report displays the connection between bank transactions and Sage Intacct transactions. Knowing that only Sage Intacct can assign the sequence values, you can confidently assess the results of bank and credit card reconciliation matches. No worries if a reconciliation needs to be reopened – the matching sequences will revert to a draft/in-process status. By identifying manual versus automatic matches, you can improve your performance and save time during your periodic close.
With these new reports, gain insight into matches and understand when matches are in process and finalized. The new custom report is available in the Custom Report Writer and ICRW, the Interactive Customer Report Writer.
Accounts Payable - Easier Access To Payment Files
To give Accounts Payable users access to the Payment files submenu, grant ACH or Bank file permissions to users in Cash Management. Users with these permissions now see the Payment files submenu in Accounts Payable.
To access payment file options, go to Accounts Payable > All > Payments > Payment files.
Improved Financial Reporting For Projects
Sage Intacct is introducing new and expanded financial reporting options for Projects. Save time by creating a single financial report for project performance and generating hundreds of individual project reports. You can schedule and deliver the reports in Excel, PDF, or HTML formats. HTML provides drill-down capabilities for users.
IVE Overview
Use Sage Intacct's Interactive Visual Explorer to explore data and create visualizations of the story you want your data to tell. You can experiment with your data by adding or removing columns, creating filters, or applying different visualizations to your data. The Interactive Visual Explorer helps you to understand your data from various perspectives and fully explore your data to find correlations, discover patterns, and see trends. You can capture important data trends by creating stories you can revisit and share.
